This is especially important in the current environment where working at home and juggling with different tasks is becoming a norm. 

In this course, you will learn how your brain is responding to stress factors and ways to reduce these. We will equip you with techniques to calm your amygdala and integrating mindfulness into your everyday life. Ultimately, you will be better suited to control your stress. 

Drawing on research in mindfulness, neurosciences and positive psychology, this interactive course will help you to transform feeling stressed into feeling confident, resilient, in control and energised.
